So, how does it work?

The processors graphics are rendered and broadcasted via Wi-Fi through a feature in Inter Centrino chipset as wireless signals are received by a receiver, converts the signals to the television set. The receiver works on gismos like TVs, Blu-Ray players, set-top boxes etc.

The connection and synchronization are managed by Intel Wi-Di software that runs on a Laptop.

Intel Wi-Di drives can be downloaded from here. To configure the Windows settings the Intel Wi-Di widget comes handy.
