Apple cancels halve its order on components for iPhone 5
Apple has asked the LCD display manufacturers, the Sharp and
LG display to halve their supply of display devices and components. Reports
said that due to weak demand, Apple has cut its orders by up to 50%.
After losing in the battle with other smart phone
manufacturers like Samsung, and cheap smart phone makers from china like, Huawei
this seems to be a new loss to their revenue.
Reuters reported in September that, Apple also cut its
orders on memory chips from its main supplier and competitor, the South Korean
big name Samsung.
