Tizen OS based gadget/ smart-phone from Samsung
It is very well known that when it comes to innovation, new
thinking, and most of all making a popular and yet successful smart-phone, the
Korean manufacturer Samsung has their spot.
On top of having a massive success in tablet and smart phone
market, it is rumored that Samsung has set up a new venture with Tizen.
Tizen is an open-source operating system by Samsung Linux
community. Tizen runs on many a consumer
electronics from smart-phone to smart-TVs.
The main components are strong Linux Kernel, EFL and WebKit.
It is quite true that Tizen a linux based operating system
had a bit of good time earlier, but soon gone out of the picture.
It is also said that a new version of Tizen, i.e. Tizen 2.0
will be released in January 2013. If so it is very natural that the new Samsung
smart-phone power by Tizen will be Tizen version 2.0.
While Google breathing down and Apple having a spectacular
time, we all should wait what Tizen 2.0 does?
